The Gary Ginn Stage

The Gary Ginn Stage was constructed at the Ship Hotel in Newhaven and dedicated to the memory of Gary Ginn. A MAD set builder and a Front of House regular.

"Gary Ginn was an active member of MAD from 2016, serving as a committee member, front‑of‑house volunteer, and one of our primary set builders. He loved MAD and was immensely proud to be part of our society. After a year living with brain cancer, he sadly passed away peacefully in his sleep on 02/05/26. We are honoured to name our newly built stage after him in his memory — a fitting tribute to someone who would undoubtedly have helped construct it had he still been with us" - Edd Ginn
